Been a While, but I am back

Hello readers,

I had Elle all to myself last week as Sam was at drill, so blogging everyday was just not in the cards.  I began my fourth week of P90X yesterday.  This week is the recovery week where you don't weight lift, just lots of cardio and stretching.  Today is Core Synergistic - banana rolls are involved.  I would much prefer to weight lift than do banana rolls any day of the week.

Yesterday was a pretty decent day, eating wise.  More to come later.
