Yoga...Blah...

Well, I did so much better today in regards to my eating, plus I am under by allotted amount of calories; which should make up for what I have eaten the last couple of days.

Today was P90X Yoga day and for anyone who has ever started AND completed this workout I congratulate.  I hate this workout, it is just WAY too long...95 minutes!  Needless to say, it was NOT easy to do with Elle.  She was crawling all over my mat and playing with the yoga block.  Crazy girl!

Food Intake for Today:
Three egg omelet with sausage and cheese
Tall Caramel Macchiato
Tablespoon of peanut butter with celery
Two cups lettuce with carrots, celery and soy beans with 3 oz. chicken
Think Thin bar
Banana
20 pistachios
Cup of pasta
4 Turkey meat balls
Veggies
Hot Chocolate

GRAND TOTAL: 1649 calories, 50.9g fat, 109g protein
