Day 5 has come & gone & so has the strength in my legs

It was back, legs & abs yesterday and let me tell you, the leg exercises are no joke!  No weight is really involved, yet you are so sore the days after you would have thought you pressed 500 pounds 100 times.

I don't think beef jerky agrees with me because the last two days that I have eaten it, my stomach has turned into knots and I am not hungry.  So, needless to say, my dinner was not good last night because I was NOT motivated!

I will definitely be eating more today as I am going to have THREE little girls to chase after for a most of the day.  It should be a lot of fun though.

What I ate Friday:
4 eggs
green bell pepper slivers
sprinkled cheese
banana
beef jerky 1.25 oz.
think thin bar
3 oz chicken
cup of zucchini and carrots
protein shake
2 bits of fish
5 green beans
3/4 cup rice
5 oz. frozen yogurt
string cheese

GRAND TOTAL OF:
1398 cal, 34.85g fat, 118.25g protein
(give or take)
