Hello my amazing blog readers! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend; mine was okay...I definitely was a little naughty with some of my food choices, BUT I am back today and yesterday is Gone!!!
I don't know if any of you have the same problem I do, but when the weekend is here I kind of "forget" about what I should eat and splurge a bit.
I am going to write down everything I ate this weekend, so go easy on me...don't judge me too harshly :).
BTW, I always have great things I want to write down, but when I actually sit in front of the computer with my fingers on the keys, my mind goes blank.
Saturday Food Intake:
Protein shake with 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup berries, 8 oz. skim milk, scoop of protein
Almonds & craisins - 2 oz. total
Pure Protein bar
6 oz. chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and snow peas
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup truffle fries (so amazingly delicious)
Four bites of a burger (such a disappointment, the restaurant pulled the short rib meat and didn't leave it whole...boo!!!)
4 pieces of bread
Caesar salad - 2 cups with dressing drizzled on
Trader Joe's Cannoli (YUM!!)
Two bites of chocolate cheesecake
GRAND TOTAL: 2307 cal, 105.44g fat, 139.92g protein (not a good example of how I normally eat)
*Crazy how many calories, fat, etc., are in restaurant food...eat at home people, it is proven to be healthier)
Sunday's Food Intake:
4 eggs with two yokes
Two pieces of bacon
Pear
Funfetti cupcake
Chipotle steak bowl
Chips and guacamole
Six pieces of spicy albacore roll
Side salad
Soy beans
GRAND TOTAL OF: 1864 cal, 67g fat, 87g protein (not as bad as it could have been)
Well folks that is what I consumed this weekend...comments?
