I love to hate it.
Plyo is 60 minutes of high intensity jump training...translation LOTS OF JUMPING, SQUATTING, AND SWEATING. But I finished it and that is all that matters.
Last night Sam and I played a softball game and then did a little practicing so needless to say waking up this morning at 5:55am was anything but easy.
Food Intake for Day 2
Omelet - 3 eggs (2 yokes), green & red bell peppers, avocado and cheese
Apple
String cheese
Pure Protein bar
2 cups lettuce, 3 oz. chicken, carrots and bell peppers
3 oz. steak and 3 oz. shrimp
Cup of barley
Cub of broccoli
Cup of milk with protein powder
Cup of chocolate pudding
GRAND TOTAL OF:
1699 calories, 39.2 g. fat, 119.5 g. protein
And the beat goes on...so far so good.
