Well, I began week 3 this morning and it was a really good morning. I worked out my chest, back & abs and I have bumped up my weight on pull downs and my number of push ups. It is amazing to see how quickly my muscles remember weight lifting from college sports.
I was thinking about it, and I did the original Cross Fit in the form of being on the Rowing Team. We weight lifted three times a week doing squats, dead lifts, cleans, etc. Crazy times but so much fun...I miss heavy explosive lifting, but I don't know if my body could handle that type of lifting now. Oh well, I don't think I'll ever find out...way too expensive.

Half cup of rice

8 oz. milk
8 oz. frozen yogurt (boysenberry and vanilla)
GRAND TOTAL: 1564 calories, 35.9g fat, 119g protein
