Last Night Was Not Easy

On myself, Sam or our diet...

It is interesting how last year my goals were completely different...I just wanted to shed all the extra weight I put on during pregnancy.  Now, I want to get toned and I am mentally so much stronger this year than last.  All my prayers are working.

We had a late night meeting and ate a few things we should not have, but it's okay because it did not screw us over today...or tomorrow.

Yesterday I woke at 6am to workout my Shoulders, Arms & Abs...my abs were so sore from Monday.  I am scared to do abs again tomorrow.  I do abs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

It has only been 4 days, but I already feel better and stronger.

I am still motivated, even if it has only been 4 days.

Eating Log for Wednesday:
8 oz milk
3 T protein
1/2 banana, 1/2 c berries
Think thin bar
8 oz yogurt with honey
8oz skim milk
Cup of zucchini 
6 oz shrimp 
String cheese
Cup of rice
Bag of animal crackers :(
Bag of mini pretzels

Bottle of chocolate milk 
:(
Grand Total of: 1980 Cal, 29.1 g. Fat, 138.8 g. Protein
(180 calories over my daily allotted amount)

2 bacon
8 oz milk
Apple
Think thin protein bar
String cheese 
2 c lettuce 
3 oz chicken 
Radish
Tomato
Avocado 
6 crackers
1.25 oz beef jerky
3 corn tortillas
6 oz chicken
Veggies
1/2 cup pudding

Grand Total of: 1732 Cal, 43.9 g. Fat, 135.2 g. Protein
(68 calories under my daily allotted amount)
