Good day, but no workout

I can never seem to muster the time to start and complete the yoga workout.  I usually do about half the number of yoga workouts during P90X that we are suppose to.  I cannot stand that the workout is 90 minutes long...way too long for me.  Especially, when we have to hold each pose for at least 30 seconds and it is usually longer since he talks for a minute before he starts the countdown.

Anyway, I realized that I didn't have any protein for breakfast.  For some reason, when Sam is away at drill it is harder for me to cook and get motivated about food.  I should probably just switch to a liquid diet during the absent Sam days.
