Well, if you were curious if working out with a toddler around is easy or hard I am here to give you my truth of working out with a toddler...NOT EASY! Especially when said toddler is also tired and I think teething, again. But somehow I managed to finish my workout of Chest, Back & Abs in only two hours (a 73 min workout). Today was not a bad day otherwise.
Food Intake
Protein shake (milk, berries, banana, protein powder)
White Chocolate Mocha Light Frappuccino (I needed it today)
String cheese
6 oz. chicken sausage - with 2 cups lettuce, radishes and celery
Pure Protein bar
33 whales
4 oz. pork sirloin
Cup of pasta with sprinkled cheese
Cup of Broccoli
Frozen Fruit bar
GRAND TOTAL OF: 1615 cal, 30.2g fat, 135.2g protein (give or take, but really give)
