Chest and Back and Abs "Oh My"

Day One...not to bad, but not to great

It was Chest & Back and Abs yesterday...I did them and now I feel the soreness all throughout the middle of my body.

Food Intake for Day 1
2 slices of bacon
3 eggs with 2 yokes
sprinkled cheese
orange
6 oz. skim milk
6 oz. coffee with a little bit of creamer
Think Thin protein bar
2 cup salad with one carrot, half roma tomato, and 3 oz. chicken breast
8 oz. plain yogurt with honey
string cheese
6 oz. chicken breast, cup of barley, cup of snow peas with onion
1/2 cup of chocolate pudding
FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF...
1598 calories, 35.2 g. fat, 128 g. protein (give or take)

I will be posting my food log daily...for your knowledge, but more for my motivation to stick with writing down what I eat.
