Wednesday...NOT my most glorious of days...food wise

I woke up bright and early yesterday and worked out my shoulders, arms & abs.  It was a great start to my morning and I am so thankful I am able to wake up in the morning and complete my workout first thing.

However, throughout the day I just could not stay away from carbs.  I only had one extra carb, but I was so disappointed in myself...I think sometimes I can be a bit too rough on myself.

So at 6:30 p.m., I was putting Elle down because she was being a cranky baby and I ended falling asleep as well.  Which is probably a good thing, because I would have eaten more.

But Thursday is a new day and so far I am on track.

Food Intake for Wednesday:
Protein shake with protein powder, milk, berries & a banana
Beef jerky
Butternut squash soup
Spring salad
Sourdough roll
1 tablespoon of peanut butter with 3 celery sticks
Pure Protein Bar
Cup of cheerios with milk

GRAND TOTAL: 1788 calories, 55.3g fat, 101.9g protein

I definitely did not eat enough protein yesterday.
