I hate plyo...BUT I love it too. It is a horribly hard workout, but once you are done you feel so alive and energetic. Plyo is jump training and I have never been great at that sort of training, but slowly I am getting better and stronger.
I don't know what else to say about yesterday except...I was pretty hungry last night so I went about 100 calories over my allotment.
Tuesday Food Intake:
Four egg, 2 yoke omelet with sausage, cheese & onions
8 oz. juice
String cheese
5 oz. plain yogurt with honey
Pear
Pure Protein bar
Pepsi Cherry
Salad with radishes, carrots & pork
Ground Beef Angus with 3 corn tortillas, sauteed veggies, cheese & lettuce
8 oz. skim milk
GRAND TOTAL: 1850 calories, 55.5g fat, 136.65g protein
